Prices:

• March and April, 4500 Euro per 7 days flexible checkin and number of days, minimum stay 3 nights
• April 30 to 14 May 5000 Euro per 7 days Saturday to Saturday
• May 14th to 28 of May 5500 Euro per 7 days Saturday to Saturday
• May 28 to 2 of July 6000 Euro per 7 days Saturday to  Saturday
• July 2  to 3 september 6500 Euro per 7 days Saturday to Saturday
• September 3st to 1 October 5500 Euro per 7 days Saturday toSaturday
• October, November and December, January, February 4000 Euro per 7 days, flexible checkin and number of days, minimum stay 3nights
• December from 23 to 1 January 5000 Euro per 9 days flexible checkin and number of days minimum stay 3 nights

You may reserve the estate for maximum 3 months.

 

 

Payment and cancelations policy for direct reservation phone/email/webpage: 

The agreement will be confirmed with a contract that both parties signs.

The full amount have to be paid and confirmed received in house owners account in full before arrival

For accepting the reservation 50% of the rent have to be paid and confirmed in house owners account 2 weeks before arrival.

The rest amount 50% have to be paid and confirmed in owners account at lates 14 days before arrival. Without confirmation in owners account the estate is not accessible for the client.

 

You are free to cancel your reservation upto 2months before arrival. After 2 months you have to pay 50% of the full amount. 

Cancelation 13 days before arrival you have to pay 100% of the full amount.
